This absolutely turns my stomach. As a WordPress developer, and someone who believes in the project and community around WP, I’m embarrassed to have to answer for this.

(This is in no way a snipe at you but) something like this felt inevitable once Mullenweg started doing insane transphobia in public. Feels like that's the canary in the coalmine for rich tech guy heel turns.

I just don’t get what this battle of egos is trying to achieve. Hope community wins in the end, be it with a fork or not.
