Also interesting that we don't get re-issued cards on a regular basis. But I bet it is better for the environment that we don't :)

I think the actual swipe card is newer - when I first joined none of the buildings were locked, only individual offices - but for some reason they reused my original photo when the swipe system was instituted about 5 years later. (I remember when all this were fields...)
