I hear you on that. Typically I am a big homemade / homecook sort of gal, but this is the one thing I haven’t found a satisfying solution / recipe for. Doesn’t help that this is my typical craving when not feeling well, so when I’m less likely to have energy for more involved cooking.

I haven't found the same satisfaction or nutritional quality in dried ramen, as I find the soup base is key to a good ramen, along with the meat and veggies. That and so many dried noodle packages have MSG in them, which I try and avoid as it flares my pain.

That is seriously disturbing.
