Uh? - respiratory viruses are airborne - what does biggest mean? But yes, médecine has assumed clearance & understudied long term effects of viruses -there was never a model where the immune system was consistently « helped » by pathogens

I'm not sure how these are paradigm shifts. Viruses causing chronic illness is not new information. And no real experts in immunology have claimed viruses were ever good for your overall immune system.
