I feel post-MCU superhero/comic films are the modern Western, in terms of media saturation. The bubble will burst because it's inevitable (camera wink). Speaking of which, on the other hand, Deadpool 3 was critically fine, and made over $1.3B. You just gotta do them right if you want them to stick.
