I think that's a lot of the case, Mary. I remember reading an article where Space X employees keep Musk at arms length about what they're doing. And out of all the companies Musk has, Space X is the slightly better one in terms of financial performance and success.

Also, this is reinforced further by the fact the Cybertruck, as much of a meme as it is, also has some decent parts in it. Everything about it sucks (design, safety, function, even as an actual truck), but there are some slight improvements. www.assemblymag.com/articles/985...
