If you're gonna be using the Mac a lot, get Pilotmoon Scroll Reverser. You can set it to use natural scrolling on the touchpad and correct scrolling on mouse. Has worked flawlessly for me for years now. pilotmoon.com/scrollrevers...

TBF Utah DOT has used Dawn to move a bridge, and it's not a bad choice for a water-based lube that cleans up easily. The problem here is presumably the lack of testing/certification. If it was tested and works, I'm all for it. But if it was "here's a shortcut so we meet quota", that's concerning.
