Everyone always complains that their neighborhood Facebook/Nextdoor group is full of racism but mine is just one person after another posting photos of the jankiest looking cats you've ever seen and being like "whose cat is this?!?!" It is never anyone's cat.

And of course people always chime in with "Ohhh he looks so healthy and well-cared-for! He must belong to someone!" Ma'am, that cat has seen horrors you could never even imagine. He has not been well-cared-for, and he will outlive us all.
