In my experience, probably up to about 1800ppm depending on the length of flight. And of course the CO2 doesn't tell us how much of that exhaled air has been well-filtered. Maybe all! Maybe none!

No, but the fact that it exists at all tells a bit about how much air gets shifted around from person to person in there.
