Products with AI that work rarely market the AI aspect. It’s more “does task X better/faster/more accurately.”

Except that it very often *does not even do that*. Case in point, the health insurance agency that used "AI" to "streamline" the claim process, despite knowing it had a false-negative rate of 90% or so and kept denying claims. But hey, it saved them a lot of money. Until it didn't.
