I worry that team Kamala is going back to unity messaging which no one actually wants. When Walz says he believes Vance genuinely wants to fix real immigration problems i don’t know wtf he’s doing. Maybe they think he’s attracting independents but that is not even what independents want.

The mistake was bringing David Plouffe into the campaign. This reeks of his influence. Huge mistake.

The democrats are way behind the curve in troll campaigning.

I actually enjoy the break from all the constant mudslinging because it’s just gonna go back to that tomorrow

What he’s doing is responding to issue polling that indicates that a significant percentage of non-progressive voters think immigration is a problem in the US. Dems don’t want to see mass deportation hit lots of Dem voters think too many immigrants are entering the country illegally.

The democrat’s consultation machine appears to have wormed its shitty way into the campaign. They never liked the “these guys are weirdos” thing because they have focus group findings to sell.

I'm not watching, but that just puts me right into the "we're fucking doomed" mindset. JD Vance is a loser piece of shit doing evil things. The right thing to do morally and tactically is to pummel him into submission.

I’m not even sure I want unity with democrats! The republicans can fuck all the way off

I agree that these people are Nazis and should be called Nazis… I’m not actually sure the faux lollipops and unicorns bipartisan shit *isnt* what independents want. Independents who are still “weighing their options” are pretty dumb.

I think its a debating technique where he puts Vance in a position of having to agree with his (Walz) position. Eg Walz will say what his position is, says he believes Vance wants to fix things too, making it seems like Vance agrees with him.

This is so true. Be the attack dog VPs are supposed to be. The prep team is wrong to let him give Vance credit for anything other than marrying a brown woman (bc maga nazis are grossed out by that).
