i set some hard boundaries and minimized contact for some years. my mom started confiding in my sisters, who also had to set boundaries. i spend more time with my mom now that my sisters are older and the three of us on the same page.

My sister just doesn’t talk to my mom hardly at all, and I do. I love her a lot, but occasionally she just blazes past boundaries.
