It’s been a really long, difficult day, and I’m not feeling great. I’m scared of a mood episode, and trying to use every tool I’ve acquired over the years to avoid one. Anyway, I feel like sometimes it’s good to admit that things are hard. We’ll get through somehow, but we won’t do it alone.
