One of the first dishes i made on my own in quite a long time, it’s very good and i’m prettyhappy for this one. It’s fried spam with carrots, baby corn, and diced onions in man-wich sauce on top of a bed of rice. The ingredients were cheap and easy, and reccommend trying it yourself!
