If it was sent via the business transaction mode, find out how long it is before the sender can't dispute/recall it back. There is a griefing thing that people do. They send streamers a large amount of money, and then do a charge back. Or it could be a stolen account.

So, please don't spend the money until you know it's yours to spend.
