I find it really funny when bunker-survivalist types buy those expensive buckets of toxic slop to try and survive the apocalypse when MREs are way cheaper, taste better, last longer, and contain actual nutritional value.

I have a couple of buckets not the premade crap but actual food stuffs, but it's with an eye to community and being able to make vegan soup for everyone for a few weeks.

As someone who was a peacetime draftee waaaaaaaay back when that was still a thing over here Those MRE's are actually not that bad at all
