Seeing Trump has become more a hobby than a rally for Trump’s voter base. Point out how racist they are all you like, they’re still mostly middle class rural folks who work till they sweat on a dead end job that’s been losing income for 30 years now. There’s a life outside of Trump.

The people who can afford to stay at Trump rallies have enough money to take some time off, which is to say they’re part of the most radically Conservative branch of American politics: small business owners.
