Yeah, that would be nice xD I've been dumping money into the house instead but hopefully this time next year that part will mostly be done and can decide then if its worth further paying down the principal.
We can get ours down a full percent already but going to wait and see if we get those next two rate cuts the Fed is hinting at.. ...also most loan officers feel like used car salesmen.

Glad you highlighted doing this, not nearly enough of us do it. There's nothing quite like than drawing up the legal documents for your own demise, I think for a lot of us it's the first real moment of considering our own mortality.
