When sitting in on food, yes. Not on the drinks. Don't ask me why. We staff were penalized when we forgot to charge customers for sitting in. Mystery shoppers test weekly if staff ask AND charge eat-in. If I forgot to charge VAT the mystery shopper as tasked to NOT give bonus to all of us.
