The unionization effort started a couple months ago, at that time we got the regional directors, managers of different levels and even HR staff (whom we’d never seen before) from other sites keeping an eye on us, there were meetings and everything.

Lately it’s signs and posters everywhere around the facility (even in bathroom stalls) saying how bad unions are… and then now we all got a $1.50 raise, and prime membership as a benefit was announced (but not implemented yet).
