I do wonder how effective the UN peacekeepers in Lebanon were if they didn't notice a major build up of rockets and the equipment to launch them by a west-proscribed, non-state, anti-Israel actor along the border with Israel. 🤔 And if they did notice, they must've known no good would come of it.
