I do as a gamer because my mouse moves so much more and is more viable to wear down its spot on the desk. And while people will say "just use a controller" - I use a controller for some games but I'm mostly a mouse and keyboard player at this point and can only revert when I must.

Any tips for somebody trying to do freelancing without people to refer to for help? I've been trying since the pandemic and all the internet guides, idea lists, and attempts to start on things haven't rendered much. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or am just bad at it in general.
They keep saying that with every mass shooting that happens, but I have yet to see those "safeguards" actually deter people from committing the crime. These things need to have genuinely preventative measures, not just reactionary. If the problem has been happening for years, then learn already!
Considering we reside in the same time that a spoiled rich brat thought an election was stolen for him and encouraged a coup during his temper tantrum over it... Yeah, some people are just THAT gullible/brainwashed regarding how laws work.
Depends on the turnaround time. For myself, I take everywhere from a week to a month or two depending on whether real life and my brain wanna play nice. For longer turnarounds, checking in every month is a decent bet. I can't imagine going six months without any kind of update.
