And to be fair, the eastern portion of Morgan Park isn't super expensive, but I'd still expect this to ask around $250K or so there. Comps asking below $200K are mostly smaller, like your typical midcentury ranch, or they're in need of more updates. Final sale prices do commonly go this low, though.
