He was great about chatting. I explained RAW rerolled paper cones to him on the bluebird. He thought people had just gotten really good at rolling. He was one of my favorite follows.

My buddy keeps bringing up watching it. 🙄 I've been in kitchens since I was 11. From an Amish restaurant in Ohio at 11, restaurants in the Caribbean, chef at one of the top resorts in the country, to high-end catering. I've lived that show, and more. It has nothing for me, but as you say, stress.
