My Mom served gelatin A LOT when we were kids. Usually was plain, or had whipped cream or fruit, sometimes marshmallows… She didn’t do some of the weirder jello concoctions from the old ads and recipe books. Still, I would try this.
This is a great idea but we aren't ready. We have to start smaller. If we can normalize the mountain dew meringue pie that would be a good start
