The description more so says than BSNES is the best bet for working as intended, and not that it is the only one that works.
The SMBCD emulator support sheet has been updated to include more information and more tested emulators! You can see the updated list here: famicomcd.github.io/smbcd/emulat... Of course, as we find and test more SNES emulators, we will update the list accordingly!
