It's for a chap external to Parliament who's building a dashboard of energy related things. He's already consuming RSS from gov.uklegislation.gov.uk. We have a SPARQL query churning out JSON and CSV for energy related SIs, but ideally he wants RSS.
RSS is an odd one, because there aren't extended properties. You get title, description, link et al, but you probably want kilowatt-hours, spend, etc. I always had to bust out into another xs:namespace to add those things. And then you've to come *up* with values for pubDate, link, etc.
