Blessed to work in Gettysburg where after a long frustrating day at work I can quickly change and run the Battlefields. Quiet, serene, kinda always spooky. Love it.

Final run of 2023! Total of 513.10 miles. Lowest since 2020 but a highpoint in long runs. Had PR's in my Half, 10miler (twice!) And 5miler ..blessed to have running in my life

I grew up listening to 1950's rock n roll so when I heard Ramones at 14 I was hooked. Oh oh I love her so hit me hard. Played that song at my wedding decades later
