I know you think that, but if they're afraid of Trump they wouldn't help him win. In reality, the rich white male bosses like Trump and want him to win. They help him because they want to help him, not out of fear.

Could be a mixture of both. Some bosses want Trump to win because they, to some degrees, agree with him and his beliefs. Others don't, but they don't want to risk their careers and legacies. Which coincidentally intertwine into a casual conspiracy of complicity.
