I've struggled with my thoughts about the death penalty, because there are some monsters who are so horrible that my personal rage wants to see them dead. But the state is incapable of being the arbiter of capital punishment, and the justice system is unfixably racist. Abolish the death penalty.

Anyway despite thinking there's uses for the tech I have an innate distrust of people who want to apply it because they're frequently high-ups who are looking for a means to strong-arm the creative process. The industry has no shortage of dudes who go to great lengths to have their ideas dominate.
