I like to pretend they never actually finished it and Series 8 never happened. Series 1-4 are fantastic, Series 5-6 are pretty good, Series 7 quite bad, 8 so awful it felt like really bad fan fiction.

Oh it's not a criticism so far, quite enjoying it. If it improves then all the better!

Started first few episodes of House of the Dragon. Immediately remembered why Game of Thrones was at its best as a slow burn in the first few series.
