I’m so tired that time has lost all meaning and my vision is a bit blurry but I had a ridiculously hot and large breakfast scramble called “the mess” (and GF toast) at The Basic on Davie. I still mourn the loss of Mary’s on Davie and this place is more shabby and less cool but it was delicious.

Try Joe’s beside Fountainhead! It’s much better than basic!!
