According to the TF2 comics, Scout was supposed to be “God’s gift to the ladies.” While he didn’t exactly fulfill that prophecy, Scout was nevertheless entrusted by God Himself to achieve great things. Also, in a literal sense, his creativity has been shown through his exceptional art skills.
