I'd rather eat glass than go back. I'd rather remove my uterus myself, with a sharpened spoon. I'd rather let the fucking thing kill me after all. Shortly after I got that message, some rando named Carol sent me a voicemail asking me to call so she could clear things up. Yeah, I'll right on that.
One of them sent in a PA who treated me like shit, for the crime of being genderqueer, to the point I bugged out so bad that it was leave or lose it. The other one canceled my appointment as soon as I showed up, after making sure to explain how their grace period doesn't apply to me, specifically.
I contacted the doctor who actually recommended these last two specialists to me and gave her the run downs of both disasters. Got a message back from her saying so sorry and the documentation from both visits say I'm welcome back any time so it's up to me but she recommends I try again with them.
