This week I'm at #SnowflakeSummit in Vegas. It's going to be a challenge to stay in control - especially when surrounded by so many exciting announcements, talks, parties, dinners... I'm ready to do it! And happy to share my ongoing collection of insights. What are yours?

Mine was that sleep matters. Without proper sleep I would not lose weight no matter how many calories went in/out. Also, it is easier to avoid overeating when you are asleep :)
