i tried doing that for a while, and honestly? it feels like placebo, because after changing it back, it just... felt like the same its true that the first value is what controls power saving mode's 70% CPU limit, having that enabled changes it to "1,1", so the second value is... redundant?

theres two other values i wanna look into, primarily "sem_enhanced_cpu_responsiveness", because they appear A Lot in these optimization guides, and i dont actually know how much they change things
