Moved to a house with a front garden so I bought a seat: enjoy the evening sun, read a book, say hello to passers-by. My neighbour loved the idea so he bought a seat. Now any time I sit outside he comes out too and talks to me. I like him but I just want to read my bloody book.

Similar issue and I have a 6’ fence you’d think it’s help. When I do talk to the man next door he can’t hear me well so the conversation isn’t productive. Yet somehow he can hear the minute I step on grass in my backyard. He can see when I’m in my chair reading too, doesn’t stop him yelling to me 😩
