Today is a very, very bad day. The UK absolutely hates trans kids and is doing everything possible to make trans childhoods as tortuous as possible.

Transgender, nonbinary, two spirit, and gender-expansive students are marginalized in higher education and have significantly different college experiences than their cisgender peers. Through in-depth...
It is cis-supremacy in action. It is always cis-supremacy. I wrote about this in the Cass review, a team advised by the author of this paper. www.tandfonline.com/doi/metrics/...
This is the same approach as the Cass review. The same approach we keep seeing. They have no interest in what science and data and evidence can say about what helps trans people. Science and date is misused by them to maintain control and domination over trans lives.
They have no care for the scientific method. They use scientific articles as a trick or subterfuge to win an ideological argument, to justify their continued control over trans lives
They use this hypothesis, that trans people are mentally disordered, to disprove and render invisible evidence of disproportionate harm to trans people. They then use the same approach to legitimise and justify the very approaches that caused this harm
The study authors come with significant prejudice, apparently believing that transness is a disorder or that trans people are inherently mentally ill. They deny the possibility that mental illness is driven by abusive institutions and societies.
The study took data showing teams people are much more likely to die by suicide. They reported it as inconsequential by saying that the deaths were similar to cis people accessing psychiatric services.
