2/ Can get one tomorrow from Amazon. Need it today, or someone's throwing their back out (possibly me). Instead of calling & crisscrossing SE Phoenix for Ace Hardwares & carparts places that might have it, I'm borrowing Sam Vimes' Boots & grabbing a basic winch kit from Harbor Freight.

3/ If you are not a tools person in the US, you may not know that Harbor Freight is your headquarters for cheap but possibly not-as-durable tools. I'm ordering a Vevor winch online, too.
