What is a bunch of porn accounts following me?

There exist scambots that promote a 'porn website'. A lot of these scambots are also image scrapers, they steal photos from LGBTQ+ people, whether nude, partially unclothed, or 'improperly clothed' photos, to post to their websites as porn. I add them to my scambot list and block them all.
