For the past 4/5 weeks I've been KO'd with this viral throat infection going around. Constant coughing, headaches, fatigue etc with a slow recovery. Today has been the first day where I've felt well enough to get back into a workout routine and do exercise, so I have that going for me 💪

Get well soon! I think I had the same thing and it absolutely knocked me out, my sinuses still haven’t fully recovered
