Is Etsy seriously saying that if a message is in spam, despite it NOT being spam, I'm not allowed to reply else I'll be penalised for it if it's been over a day? I didn't even know it was there, it was pure chance I saw it They're asking for a commission, Why would I not reply to that?

Mine have, but just assumed that was how it worked. That you only got 5. However when I used one, it automatically went back to 5. Could have been coincidence that I was due another that same min but not used another as yet to check 🤣
I mainly use Amazon prime but that's only for the shipping more than watching TV but it all comes out the same payment
I'll be cancelling mine in Jan after I've watched a series finale that's released that month. Aside from that and the odd movie, I rarely use the service
