Unfortunately, in Latin America (I'm from Mexico), a lot of users are addicted to the sensations and feelings provided by ❌🐦's algorithm, so that's the reason a lot of them don't join here or don't use frequently this social network.

I think it's more an issue with algorithm-based social media sites in general. They create dopamine feedback loops that are REALLY good at ensnaring users and keeping them there I'm happy to see Bluesky gaining more traction and hope it continues to grow without losing what it is at its core
