took some tests when i was pretty young. don't think i ever heard a number - the idea was i could start skipping grades once i got settled in at elementary school. i was very shy and didn't want to, and my parents were cool about that. i'm glad they understood that developing socially was big, too.

still ended up taking math/science classes two years ahead, was in advanced classes for everything else there was one for... but glad i never got pushed too hard, or that if i felt like i was, i rebelled hard. almost flunked 8th grade as i physically refused to do homework i thought beneath me.
