It's a fight. The more centrist Democrats are fighting with their left wing, and the centrist Dems hold the balance of institutional power, by a large margin. If you think the leftists should lose, congratulations, they did, and this asshole won.

Also, a Democratic sheriff lost to a Republican in this same cycle, essentially because Byron Brown ran as an independent, scrambling the ticket. Great to have a GOP sheriff for this November! 🙃💀
