For those who don't know anything about art fight, it's essentially splatfest where you pick one of 2 or 3 themed teams and gather points for your team by making art for other competitors. This years teams were Seafoam and Stardust and I was on the latter. (winners POV :3) (2/2) #art#furryart

(2024-07-25) Boar mind blown. --- I had this little meme idea in my head for a while and since I'm kind of burned out from all the huge ass mass attacks and July in general, I decided to do something a bit smaller. (2024-07-02) Bird like creature flying under starry skies with trippy looking lights trailing behind. --- My first Art Fight attack of the year for @corvidcurses's character Uni flying under some starry skies (more or less). I thought the colour palette really fitted the purple-magenta stardust thematic and the minty green contrasted it really well, so I painted this up in ~5 hours! It was a lot of fun to draw and a good start for this years event hehe! Uni by @corvidcurse
(2024-07-05) Two birds sitting around a campfire on two half logs in some forest environment during night, taking rest there and roasting food over the fire. --- My second art fight attack of this year, featuring @aribirby's oc Ari and @kemotorii's oc Tori. Its just a small Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Style scenery painting, loosely based on one of the in-game animated dungeon backgrounds in Explorers of Sky. I spend ~10 hours on this in one sitting. (2024-07-09) Several characters hanging around a beach area during night time, all just doing their thing either alone or together with someone else. --- I have gone complete marbles... I got sick in the last few days and thought it was a great idea to start a mass attack for art fight and pull one or two all-nighters. (2024-07-14) A rainy night in a big city with red, magenta and purple neon lights all around. There's multiple characters interacting with one another inspite of this time and weather. --- I've been working on this for like 8 days, totaling ~40 hours. Most of the time I was just drawing passively, so not too efficient sometimes. This was so much more work and pain than I anticipated and in the end, I have decided to cut a few plans here and there, but I'm still happy with the end results overall! (2024-02-19) Ahoy! This is me and a great friend, two bird creatures, doing some pirate shenanigans out at sea! What adventures will await us...? --- This is one of my older posts, where I was really really proud of the way I drew the characters, the scenery and the whole composition and it was my first time going with soo so much detail! (2024-02-19) An owl/cat like creature screaming with tears flowing down their face as they illuminate a dark room with fire like rage and pain flowing out of them. --- This was my first attempt at digital painting and this is in my opinion one of my best and coolest looking pieces still! The colours are so vibrant and pretty and portrait the emotions I wanted to show perfectly! This could also count as my first sort of vent art in a way.
(2024-04-07) 3 critters of varying species hanging out together in their probably very stinky shack, vibing with one another and feeling it out with some tunes. (musical reference?!?!) --- This is one of my proudest artworks, where I got around to drawing more ocs other than myself, I got more around drawing clothes and I was being a bit more passionate about another art form I love in visual art form! The room portrait here is actually based on the one I did some jams in, drawn from memory with some extra choices.
(2024-04-12) Owl / Cat like creature lying in bed, visually in discomfort as seen by tears running down their face, them grasping onto the pillow, their mouth agape and motionlines, indicating shivers being present. --- I have done another more emotional piece, which, like the previous, has a few new techniques and filters I have tried out and played around with and have since implemented in a lot of other art. Once again, I have put a lot of detail in the colour choice and I think this looks really great! Furthermore, this is my first piece with the tied hair, which fitted as I had been growing my hair again and done the same hair tie thing hehe. This little detail adds so much to the character in my opinion and makes it feel more connected to me!

(2024-05-12) Owl-cat like creature sitting on a beach, watching the sunset --- quick draw-over of a real photo I made maaany many years ago and then put some funky edge filters and effects on to make it more fit and to hide the shitty camera quality. This was done in an hour and for that time I'm quite proud of it. ^^ I drew this up in bed while I was just too unmotivated to do anything productive, but too annoyed at not being productive if that makes sense. To me, this beach has some mixed vibes. Nostalgic and kinda bittersweet again in a way as there are many great memories connected to it, but those are some I'll never experience again or I'm uncertain if I'll ever be there again anytime soon. Since I've went there every summer vacation for as long as I can remember, I'm not sure whether I want to accept this potential goodbye, but sometimes that's just how it goes...
(2024-05-16) --- I just wanted to make some sketches of a somewhat behind view of my character, so I can try out new back patterns, but it somehow turned into this. I did like 3 minutes of sketching and was already happy enough, so I sunk another 3 hours into rendering this, 2 of which were spent on the background. For this time I'm very happy with how this turned out! ^^ Also, who poured mint syrup into this river? It's kinda emerald green looking- kinda tasty looking too...

(2024-08-20) Owl-catlike, enjoying some hot chocolate with cookies and stuff. This is a draw-over from a scene of the Blue Sky (the studio) movie "Rio". A gif from another scene that comes shortly after, where a canada goose wiggles their behind to the camera, is added in the bottom-right corner. --- The original suggestion was: "Give the little goober a Hot Choccey (congrats on 100!!!)".
(2024-08-21) A 2 frame animated gif of an owl- cat like creature holding up a bug with a crazy and unhinged expression on their face and beak wide agape, as the bug is praying. There's a caption with "Bad ending :(" in the top left corner. In the next frame, the owl is shown shouting "NO" in a similar pose and with a similar expression, but this time instead of holding the bug, the evil and unhinged person, making this evil and unhinged suggestion is being held and shouted at. The caption has also changed to "Good ending" --- The original suggestion was: "eat a bug".
