Got rejected again today (didn’t make it past the assessment for this role… twice) still reeling over how I practically got another job two weeks ago (early congrats) before the needs of the team suddenly changed

I dunno, it feels so isolating and embarrassing to see my team dwindle because everyone else is getting promoted. I’m happy for them but sometimes I feel like I’m destined to be on the phone forever lol
