That's a good question. I'm guessing that if we went lower in class rank, the yield would be at least as good as for the current group? Maybe even better since they'd be slightly less likely to be skimmed off by the privates?
I'm pretty sure we don't have the space/classes to teach 15% (and I'm hardly in a flashy, high-dollar major). Maybe a lottery for those who make that cut?
