So, my father, who is big into aromatherapy, uses a mix of Lavender, Oregano, and either geranium or sweet birch, all mixed in emu oil. Use when needed. Course, treatments like that are hit-or-miss and he's definitely not a 'Snake Oil' kind of guy. But he states it works for him when it flares up.
