Oh ok, I get it! They just said Hi and expected you to squeeze the request out of them. That makes more sense. Yeah I mean, that's not cool at all. I was just confused because I'd be the politeguy, who chit chats, expresses his wants and needs, to see if the other person can accommodate. :)
